Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking an A-Level Vice President of Engineering to oversee the design and engineering of critical facility systems. The role demands extensive experience in electrical/mechanical system design and the ability to lead a large engineering team. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and substantial P&L management experience.

The position offers a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a generous compensation package, including profit sharing and benefits such as medical insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in electrical/mechanical system design.
• 8+ years’ experience leading a design team of no fewer than 20 engineers.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and engineering of facility and building systems.
• Work closely with management to implement best practices.
• Provide leadership to the engineering team through effective coaching.
