Job summary

Submittable is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to own delivery, quality, reliability, cost, and people. You’ll stay hands-on with code and AI tools about a fifth of the week while guiding strategy and hands-on execution at scale.

You’ll turn strategy into shipped software, review pull requests, and write tools, making AI the default, measuring DORA metrics, and automating toil. You’ll own reliability, security, and cost on AWS and Azure, leading a team through rapid growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Shipped production code with AI tools in the last 12 months.
• 15+ years in engineering, with 7+ years leading managers.
• Experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS and Kubernetes.
