Job description

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leadership role will shape engineering direction in close partnership with the executive team, helping translate strategic priorities into clear technical and organizational execution. The ideal candidate will bring credibility in AI-driven software delivery, a strong track record of leading distributed teams, and the ability to build alignment across senior stakeholders. This position will also help sustain momentum through rapid change while keeping the engineering organization focused, motivated, and effective.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 - $220,000 annually

Responsibilities
