Job summary

Fingerpaint Group, a health and wellness advertising agency, seeks a VP, Engagement Strategy to reshape multichannel brand experiences in healthcare marketing. You will guide the brand team from concept to execution and develop program briefs that align with business goals.

You will lead integrated teams, analyze customer journeys, and drive acquisition, servicing, and loyalty through data-informed strategies across digital, social, mobile, and traditional media.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of digital marketing or related experience, preferably in health/pharma contexts.
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics and data analysis.
• Solid understanding of user experience principles and CRM basics.

Responsibilities

• Work with account, strategy, and creative teams to integrate digital and engagement strategies.
• Maintain a big-picture view of the brand-customer experience.
• Guide the brand team from concept to execution and develop program briefs.
• Frame customer behavior trends and map learnings to customer journeys.
• Use market trends, segmentation, personas, journeys, content mapping, and data strategies.
