Fingerpaint Marketing is seeking a VP, Group Account Director to guide strategic marketing efforts across healthcare segments and manage large client relationships. The role emphasizes leadership, brand strategy, and profitability for the assigned business, with a travel component as noted.

The position requires a strategic mind, strong leadership, and the ability to drive marketing strategy across multiple segments while mentoring junior team members and shaping annual brand plans.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 15-20 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.
• Effective presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of Veeva systems and client requirements.
• Master of industry trends and guidelines (eg, CAN-SPAM, privacy policy).
• Fluent in market research methodology and approaches.
• Deep knowledge of category and competitive set, and client pipeline.
• Understand FDA rules/regulations and life cycle of a brand; strong grasp of digital advertising formats.
• Understanding of analytics and multichannel strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the yearly forecast with project manager/operations.
• Lead new business efforts with partners; mentor junior account team members involved in pitches.
• Provide staffing for the department to balance client needs and agency capacity.
• Deliver strategic client presentations, recommendations, and annual brand plans.
• Master financial tools/processes for account management and ensure continued skill development.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive client satisfaction.
• Identify and cultivate client opportunities and drive organic growth.
