Job summary

Fingerpaint Group seeks a senior engagement/digital strategist to map journeys, analyze IQVIA data and connect digital dots across platforms. You’ll shape omnichannel strategies and optimize engagement for HCP and DTC projects, blending strategic planning with hands-on execution.

You’ll collaborate across account, brand, scientific strategy, media and creative teams, leveraging CRM and SEO tools to drive data-driven results and innovative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing or CRM experience, pharma agency preferred.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Marketo.
• Ability to manage HCP lists and integrate IQVIA data for targeting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account, brand, scientific strategy and media teams to integrate digital, omnichannel and CRM plans.
• Use IQVIA data, Google Analytics and CRM systems to inform channel strategy.
• Manage and segment HCP lists for targeted campaigns.
• Map customer journeys across channels to identify content needs and gaps.
• Support omnichannel planning with personas and engagement pillars.
• Track trends and performance to inform recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure high-impact execution.
• Lead client workshops, planning sessions and presentations.
