Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President of Engagement Marketing to own the strategy and activation roadmap for hub experiences and unified journeys across the One Chase ecosystem. • Experience delivering hub-based, centralized services within financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs and LOB priorities to identify experience gaps and activation levers.
• Develop opportunities for centralized hub experiences and unified journeys across One Chase ecosystem.
• Build roadmaps translating experience intent into initiatives with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Align cross-LOB stakeholders on priorities and governance for integrated delivery.
• Translate customer journey needs into actionable requirements and partner briefs.
• Lead hub program creative development and execution across customer journeys and LOB goals.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Analytics, UX, Insights and LOB teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready updates with clear tradeoffs, risks and recommendations.
