Job summary

New York Life seeks a dynamic technology leader to serve as Corporate Vice President for End User Services, Executive Support, and AV Technologies. This role spans the Enterprise Help Desk, White-Glove Executive Support, and Conference Room & AV Technologies, with a focus on AI-assisted modernization and scalable service excellence.

The leader will own Moveworks adoption strategy, drive proactive executive support, and expand the Conference Room Strategy across the Digital Workplace.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience managing or overseeing MSP/outsourced Help Desk delivery.
• Hands-on with AI-driven service management tools and executive support.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise Help Desk governance and AI-enabled modernization.
• Lead Executive Support transformation and proactive service delivery.
• Drive Conference Room & AV Technologies strategy and delivery.
• Partner with Moveworks, TCS, and internal stakeholders to expand AI coverage.
