Job summary

Latham & Watkins LLP in New York is seeking an Enterprise Audiovisual Platform Services Supervisor to lead the AV Operations and Virtual Events teams. You will oversee conference room tech, videoconferencing, and collaboration services across offices, while guiding daily activities, workload, and staff development.

The role requires proven leadership, strong knowledge of Teams/Zoom, and enterprise AV systems, with hybrid in-office/work-from-home flexibility in a New York footprint.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Audiovisual Technology, Communications Technology, or related field; relevant work experience may count in lieu of degree
• Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Microsoft Teams Administrator, Zoom Certifications, Extron, Crestron, Biamp, or similar
• Minimum of five (5) years supporting enterprise audiovisual, collaboration, or unified communications technologies with leadership experience
• Direct supervisory experience including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and remote team leadership
• Experience with service delivery, operational processes, monitoring, ticketing, and reporting platforms

Responsibilities

• Supervise remote audiovisual support for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and events across global offices
• Oversee virtual event support, webinars, town halls, training sessions, and executive meetings
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolution of complex audiovisual issues
• Support operations via enterprise monitoring, management, alerts, and device lifecycle systems
• Ensure compliance with change, asset, incident, and operational support processes
• Protect highly sensitive information within the firm’s audiovisual environment
