Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading supply chain, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong financial, inventory, and operational leadership capabilities, with experience managing third-party logistics and supplier relationships.
• Ability to make critical decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, using advanced data tools to monitor performance.
• Track record of driving transformation, innovation, and business results, leveraging technology and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end customer order fulfillment and logistics operations across multi-facility network.
• Lead inventory strategy, forecasting, purchasing, and materials management across the network.
• Drive product launch readiness and execution for major device introductions and distribution enhancements.
• Manage warehousing, transportation, and supplier performance, including third-party logistics relationships.
• Lead strategic initiatives using data tools, AI/ML, automation to improve efficiency and cost performance.
