Job summary

Fortified Brands seeks a Vice President of Supply Chain in Garland, TX. This hybrid role leads global distribution, sourcing, logistics, and contract manufacturing partners to support aggressive growth. It owns the 3-year strategy to improve efficiency, cost, quality, capacity, safety, and customer service.

The position reports to the CEO and requires extensive leadership experience in supply chain management, with strong collaboration across functions and international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive operations management experience with strong experience in related disciplines.
• Minimum of 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Owns and optimizes the operational efficiency, quality, and safety for entire supply chain including sourcing, supplier management, distribution, order management, demand planning, inventory planning, and logistics for all products.
• Assures efficient order fulfillment from multiple warehouse locations and direct from contract manufacturing partners internationally.
• Ensures optimized warehouse operations for owned warehouses using warehouse management system (WMS).
• Ensures effective management of SIOP process across the organization and with contract manufacturing partners.
• Develops Operations KPIs and establishes tracking and communication processes.
• Owns the 3-year operational strategy and annual planning process for space, equipment, capacity, and related labor.
