Job summary

SBH Fashion in New York seeks a hands-on Vice President of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead end-to-end operations, reporting to the CEO. You will oversee inbound and outbound activity while building a disciplined, high-performing team.

The VP will collaborate with an executive counterpart responsible for AI, technology, EDI, and automation to strengthen the brand’s operational infrastructure and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations.
• Experience managing international suppliers, imports, freight, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound supply chain, logistics, distribution, and order flow.
• Oversee international purchasing, production coordination, imports, freight, and allocation.
• Manage the Operations Manager and coordinators across regions.
• Establish expectations, performance standards, and accountability.
• Improve visibility, accuracy, and on-time delivery of inventory.
• Develop KPIs for lead times, freight costs, and customer service.
