Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a strategic Vice President of Player Development to maintain and expand relationships with premium mass and high-end patrons across gaming and non-gaming experiences. This senior leader will drive incremental revenue, supervise hosted guests, and collaborate with resort teams to fulfill complex guest itineraries.

Capable of working as part of a team that fosters guest loyalty, increases frequency of visitation and grows incremental gaming/non-gaming revenue.
Possess excellent communication skills, tact and judgment, high moral integrity and strong work ethic.
Possess ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Bring high net individuals who contribute to both gaming and non-gaming revenue.
Greet patrons upon arrival, departure and maintain contact with hosted patrons during their visit.
Possess knowledge of and educate and assist resort patrons on all gaming and non-gaming offerings.
Exhibit strong telemarketing experience/skills to fill events and drive resort revenue.
Handle guest complaints and discrepancies in a courteous manner.
Interact with players in person, via telephone, e‑mail, text, and written correspondence.
Represent the property as a role model of customer service and professionalism.
Assist convention sales and hotel operations in registering and checking patrons in.
Provide information to team and property leadership regarding guest feedback.
Participate in brainstorming and planning for Resort Relationship Marketing program.
Handle all aspects of guest visit (spa, dining, in-room amenities, transportation, folio checkout, etc.).
Safeguard confidentiality of all departmental and company records.
Approve casino credit and manage markers collections.
Host on-site and off-site events in Las Vegas and beyond.
Use personal device/cellular phone for job-related tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
