Job summary

Fleet Data Centers seeks a Global Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead the EHS program across design, construction, and live operations. This executive sets the global policy, standards, and assurance framework and directs a field organization of EHS professionals to achieve zero preventable incidents.

The role partners with physical security, engineering, and operations leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement while scaling EHS as campuses grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 12+ years EHS leadership across multiple sites or high‑risk construction.
• Certification: CSP/CIH/NEBOSH or country equivalent; lead auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 preferred.
• Experience with contractor EHS management standards and regulatory compliance across diverse jurisdictions.
• Strong ability to design and operate an EHS management system with audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction EHS across multiple campuses and oversee field EHS leadership.
• Direct policy, standards, and assurance framework globally for EHS.
• Manage contractor pre-qualification, safety programs, and EHS risk across GC/subcontractors.
• Own EHS lifecycle for third-party workforce from onboarding to performance assurance.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses with executive visibility.
• Drive EHS governance, policy development and management system maturity.
• Communicate EHS performance and risk to senior leadership and customers.
