Qualifications

15+ years in export controls, trade policy, or related field.
5+ years leading teams in professional services or government advisory roles.
Advanced degree in international trade law or policy.
Deep knowledge of U.S. economic security policy and regulatory regimes.

Responsibilities

Own a substantial client portfolio as the relationship lead, setting priorities and delivering insights.
Advise on EAR/BIS, OFAC, FCC frameworks, and related regulatory tools.
Guide clients on federal financing and industrial policy programs and agency sequencing.
Monitor legislative activity and brief clients on developments impacting risk and opportunity.
Lead and develop a team across levels to deepen analytical depth.
