Michels Power, Inc. seeks a General Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead regional operations with a focus on safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will guide executives, managers, and field teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on budget.

Successful candidates will balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, develop high-performing teams, and drive regional growth while maintaining Michels Power’s safety-first culture and core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in Transmission & Distribution or EPC programs.
• Proven leadership in regional operations and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight for regional operations.
• Lead regional preconstruction efforts and RFP pursuits with estimating teams.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, backlog, and profitability objectives.
• Develop client relationships and expand market presence.
• Promote safety culture and Michels Power values across the region.
