Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. seeks an accomplished executive to lead Transmission & Distribution across the Eastern United States. The VP will partner with the COO and President to set strategic objectives, drive execution, and position the company for growth in a dynamic utility market.

The role emphasizes leadership of overhead transmission, distribution, and substation projects, with responsibility for safety, financial performance, and customer engagement across a broad region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
15+ years of power utility-related experience with responsibility for at least a geographic region.

Responsibilities

Lead regional transmission and distribution operations across the Eastern United States.
Execute the strategic vision set by senior leadership.
Foster safety, operational excellence, accountability, and profitability.
Direct regional teams to meet safety, revenue, margin, production, customer satisfaction, and growth goals.
Develop long-term business plans supporting regional growth and market expansion.
Support customer development, relationship management, and bid activities.
Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate policies and long-range goals.
