Constant Hire represents a fast-growing U.S. HVAC and e-commerce manufacturer seeking a VP of E-Commerce & Growth to own the DTC business and build a profitable growth engine from the website up.

This executive role focuses on strategy, leadership of performance marketing, CRO, SEO, email/SMS, analytics, and retention, with accountability for revenue and margin. Onsite in Miami, relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth, including 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Owned or heavily influenced an e-commerce P&L and managed substantial digital marketing budgets at a large DTC business.
• Deep knowledge of PPC, SEO, CRO, email/SMS, retention, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the e-commerce P&L and set targets for spend, acquisition, conversion, retention, and margin.
• Build and lead growth teams across performance marketing, SEO, CRO, email/SMS, and analytics.
• Drive profitable growth across paid search, Google Shopping, and paid social with ROAS accountability.
• Run a structured CRO roadmap across product pages, landing pages, pricing, bundles, and checkout.
