Job summary

100X Recruiting seeks a hands-on VP of Marketing to accelerate growth across e-commerce, retail, B2B and B2C channels. You’ll lead a small team, own email marketing and online conversions, and do much of the work personally. Salesforce-driven, you’ll drive organic growth with a clear path to CMO.

You will manage a business with a strong emphasis on online revenue and conversion optimization, taking ownership from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hands-on marketing teams with a focus on online channels.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through email marketing and e-commerce.
• Strong CRO skills to lift conversions across funnels.
• Experience marketing to B2B and B2C audiences, including retail.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities
