Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Client Service – Digital & Social to lead senior client relationships for a major healthcare and wellness client. You will oversee integrated communications across social, digital, creative, and earned media, translating client challenges into actionable, strategic solutions.

You will guide senior-level discussions, connect platform strategies to business goals, and collaborate with strategy and specialist teams to deliver high-impact work while mentoring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client service, digital marketing, social media, or communications.
• Experience leading complex client relationships and integrated programs is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships and oversee integrated communications programs across social, digital, creative and earned media.
• Drive platform strategy connections between content, creators, paid media and trends.
• Guide internal teams, ask the right questions, and deliver thoughtful solutions.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and budgets while upholding client service standards.
