Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Vice President, Client Service - Digital & Social to lead senior relationships and deliver integrated communications for a major healthcare client. You will guide platform strategy, content, influencers, paid media, and analytics, translating business goals into trusted, scalable programs.

You'll mentor teams, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with strategy and specialist groups to drive growth and innovation while upholding client service excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in client service, digital marketing, social media, communications, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Own the delivery of integrated communications programs across multiple workstreams.
• Bring strong social and digital fluency to connect platform strategy, content, creators, paid media and trends.
• Turn challenges into opportunities by identifying solutions and mobilizing internal experts.
• Connect teams across social strategy, creative, influencer, paid media, analytics to deliver cohesive programs.
• Drive account growth and innovation by identifying evolving client needs and new ideas.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership, managing priorities, resources and expectations.
• Mentor and inspire team members with accountability and collaboration.
