Job summary

You will support Product Managers, advise on operational risks, and enable teams delivering AI-enabled capabilities with strong controls and customer outcomes. You will lead a team, educate partners, and ensure risk-aware product development across the lifecycle, leveraging traditional AI, generative AI, and agentic AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in risk & controls management for digital products.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience delivering in agile environments in a fast paced setting.
• Experience in financial services or highly regulated industry.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence and modern collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risks and controls as part of the first line of defense across digital product ecosystems.
• Develop and execute strategies across control frameworks for technology builds.
• Educate and partner with product teams on risk posture and control design.
• Support CORE execution and embed controls into the product lifecycle.
• Lead a team to minimize risk, provide training on risk concepts.
• Identify, quantify, and manage business risks with actionable resolutions.
• Collaborate to develop risk management solutions that enhance customer experience.
• Advise partners on risk identification and control design for AI-enabled products.
