Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/CE/InfoSec or related field.
• 15+ years in technology risk, technology audit, or software engineering.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• SQL data querying and analysis experience.
• Experience with software delivery toolchains and CI/CD.
• Experience assessing technology controls like change and access management.
• Experience with data viz/reporting tools and presenting risk findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent risk assessments of software delivery controls using data analytics.
• Challenge first-line control models for AI coding assistants and tooling.
• Assess tooling entitlements and machine-initiated changes.
• Evaluate observability to detect data loss and anomalous agent behavior.
• Analyze large engineering datasets with Python/SQL and build dashboards.
• Define and test hypotheses to identify thematic software delivery risks.
• Develop and maintain annual oversight plan and report to leadership.
• Monitor remediation progress and close control findings.
• Coach junior data scientists and risk professionals.
