Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Agentic Controls Governance Lead in Consumer and Community Banking to design, implement, and mature a scalable control framework for agentic AI adoption across product and technology teams.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Legal to set governance standards, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring accountability, transparency, and measurable value realization in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Controls, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology Risk, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maturing governance and control frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the agentic controls framework across business and technology.
• Design control strategies that support AI-enabled product development and operations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish governance requirements.
• Develop governance processes, escalation protocols, and evidence for agentic AI adoption.
• Define monitoring, KPIs, and executive dashboards to assess control effectiveness.
