• Ability to work in highly agile environments and communicate effectively with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risks and controls as part of the first line of defense across digital product ecosystems.
• Develop and execute control frameworks for technology builds in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate a team to minimize financial loss and regulatory exposure while embedding controls in the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop risk management solutions that enhance customer experience.
