• 8+ years in risk & controls management for digital products, especially AI-based capabilities.

• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee first-line risk and controls for digital product ecosystem, including AI initiatives.
• Develop and execute end-to-end control strategies with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to embed controls in the product lifecycle.
• Support CORE execution to minimize financial loss and regulatory exposure.
