Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Strategy Manager Vice President to own a portfolio of firm-wide strategic initiatives within the AI Journey Transformation & Partnerships team. You will collaborate with senior leaders and internal digital, operations, and product partners to drive AI-enabled growth and optimize customer journeys.

The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and leadership skills with experience in banking, consulting, or corporate strategy.

Qualifications

1+ years of management experience.
1+ years of consumer or business banking experience.
Experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
Clear communication and cross-functional teamwork.
Leadership and influencing skills.
Excellent presentation abilities.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects.
Build partnerships with senior leaders across digital, product, business, and operations.
Design operating models to accelerate delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Assess and reimagine journeys, and plan AI-enabled investments.
Prepare strategic presentations for executives and stakeholders.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
