Job summary

Chase is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Development Digital Partnerships to drive strategic payments and lending collaborations with major tech and fintech players. The role emphasizes execution, deal negotiation, and influencing across a large organization to create value for Chase customers.

You will work with senior leaders, build strong relationships, and lead deal processes from analysis through close, shaping partnerships that align with Chase’s consumer and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years industry experience in digital, banking, financial services and/or payments.
• Ability to build relationships inside and outside the company.
• Proven track record in large cross-functional organizations and leading through influence.
• Experience executing partnerships and/or strategic alliance development.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and approach to emerging and evolving industry trends.
• Lead evaluation, negotiation, and execution of strategic payments and lending partnerships with large tech and fintech players.
• Support ongoing management of relationships with key large tech partners both externally and firmwide.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and other partners to develop business cases, deal constructs and key terms.
• Monitor external environment for competitive developments and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure all deals are executed in accordance with policies and Corporate Development procedures.
