Job summary

You will drive end-to-end workflow modernization and STP across the lending lifecycle, enabling faster credit decisions and scalable growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant digital solutions and measure success with key metrics such as

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Lending, Digital Transformation, Workflow Automation, or a related domain.
• Experience building client-facing applications, digital servicing platforms, and self-service capabilities.
• Experience driving process transformation, workflow modernization, and straight-through processing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital lending and client-facing apps.
• Lead digitization and transformation of complex lending/origination processes.
• Drive end-to-end workflow modernization and STP initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Own and prioritize backlog balancing customer needs, value, risk, and tech investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant digital solutions.
• Leverage data and market research to identify innovation and drive product decisions.
• Track key metrics: adoption, engagement, STP, turnaround, efficiency, risk, reliability.
• Lead delivery from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
