Job summary

New York Life in New York City invites an experienced Technology Delivery Lead to join the Service Experience Value Stream. You will develop and execute a multi-year roadmap, partnering with analysts, architects, and engineers to deliver modern solutions that improve stakeholder experiences and business outcomes.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams across web and mobile platforms, ensure financial discipline, and stay ahead of emerging technologies such as AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise IT solutions with stakeholder management.
• 10+ years managing multiple technical workstreams with business leads.
• Strong SAFe Agile experience including budgeting and planning.
• Proven talent development and cross-functional relationship building.
• Experience delivering digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a delivery roadmap aligned to Service Experience Value Stream objectives.
• Partner with planning leads, RTEs, Development Leads and others to ensure alignment.
• Deliver on team commitments with visibility into progress, risks and blockers.
• Guide teams through complex initiatives and resolve cross-dependencies.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to align goals, capabilities and processes.
• Facilitate strong Business-Technology alignment through a consultative approach.
• Drive cross-team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.
• Identify resource, structure and cultural shifts needed for delivery success.
• Develop IT investment roadmaps with Value Stream Architects.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and serve as a thought leader in Digital Experience.
• Coach and develop team members to foster an engaged, high-skill workforce.
