Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product strategy or related roles within financial services.
• Strong foundation in traditional finance, wealth management or regulated platforms.
• Experience with digital assets through product, strategy or platform initiatives.
• Ability to execute cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive memos and narratives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets Product Lead in shaping vision and roadmap.
• Translate priorities into product narratives, requirements and business cases.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations and stakeholders.
• Own workstreams from discovery to launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
• Define metrics and governance for digital asset capabilities.
