Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Vice President to report to and support the Digital Assets Product Lead, Executive Director, in defining, executing, and scaling the digital assets product strategy and roadmap across Wealth Management.

This role is designed for a product- and execution-oriented candidate with practical digital asset experience, a strong foundation in traditional financial services, and the ability to translate strategy into institutional-grade product capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in product strategy, execution, or related roles.
• Strong foundation in traditional financial services, especially wealth management or broker-dealer platforms.
• Experience with digital assets and institutional-grade product capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into requirements, narratives, and business cases.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Assets Product Lead in developing the product vision and roadmap.
• Translate priorities into requirements, milestones, and decision materials.
• Evaluate opportunities across client segments, advisor workflows, and channels.
• Own workstreams from discovery through launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Technology, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and business partners.
• Define success metrics and prepare executive-ready materials.
