Job summary

Fund Connect is seeking a senior product leader to drive tokenization strategy and execution for institutional clients in Massachusetts. You will translate strategy into a concrete product roadmap, work with Technology, Operations, and external partners, and oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to commercialization.

The role requires extensive experience in financial services and digital-asset ecosystems, with a focus on tokenized funds, custody, and settlement.

Qualifications

• Strong product-management or strategy experience within institutional financial services.
• Understanding of tokenization, blockchain tech, smart contracts, digital wallets, and asset infrastructure.
• Knowledge of real-world asset tokenization and related issuance, distribution, custody, settlement, servicing lifecycles.
• Experience with investment funds, transfer agency, custody, fund administration, cash or liquidity management.
• Translate complex client, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable product solutions.
• Experience delivering complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to explain technical subjects to nontechnical audiences.
• Ten or more years in financial services, fintech, capital markets, asset servicing, or related field.
• Experience with institutional digital assets, tokenized funds, or real-world asset tokenization.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of tokenization strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategy into prioritized product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Lead day-to-day product activities from concept through implementation and commercialization.
• Define requirements, workflows, client journeys, and operating models for tokenized products.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Risk.
• Develop business cases, pricing support, and go-to-market plans.
• Prepare client-ready materials and conduct discovery sessions with institutional clients.
