Job summary

Montage International seeks a seasoned executive to lead Development Services Capex and Design Execution across its luxury portfolio. You will guide capital planning, FF&E standards, and field design leadership during new hotel openings, partnering with ownership, operations, and design teams.

The role requires strong leadership, broad knowledge of hospitality design, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining brand integrity. Travel will be frequent to project sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant work experience in luxury hospitality, with focus on design and FF&E.
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and international hospitality projects including new construction and renovations.
• Ability to read full drawings and specifications and coordinate across design disciplines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to travel 25% - 75% depending on location and intensity of projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the DDS Capex resources guiding capital improvement and renovation planning across properties.
• Engage with MI Corporate Operations, Property Leadership, and Ownership to build proactive capital planning.
• Direct FF&E/OS&E budget review, cost estimates, and value engineering decisions.
• Guide procurement strategy with partners to ensure best value, quality, schedule and logistics.
• Serve as on-site DDS team member during hotel openings, coordinating commissioning and FF&E installations.
• Maintain design intent, brand standards, and operational requirements through openings.

Education

Associate degree or higher in Product Design, Interior Design, Business Administration/Marketing, Hospitality Management
