Highgate Hotels seeks a strategic Vice President of Design & Construction for the East Coast. You will lead hotel development, renovation, and construction projects from planning through turnover, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

This senior leader translates complex design and financial matters for executive use and drives execution with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach. You will manage multi-project portfolios, collaborate with architects and contractors, and travel

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction, design, development, or project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
• Expertise in CapEx underwriting and project budgeting.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to link decisions to asset value.
• Experience for owners/developers or similar roles with project accountability.
• Comfort managing multiple large projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and controls.
• Experience evaluating bids and negotiating with contractors.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory processes.
• Hospitality development experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally along the East Coast.
