Job summary

BI WORLDWIDE is seeking a visionary VP of Decision Sciences to define and lead the analytics and data intelligence strategy. You will oversee a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists to transform data into insights that drive client outcomes and business growth.

The role requires 10+ years of senior analytics leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence executives. A hybrid work model with travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in analytics, data science, or BI.
• Strong financial acumen including budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven solutions.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics and data intelligence strategy for BI WORLDWIDE.
• Oversee a team of analysts, data scientists, and decision science professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services, Product Development, Technology, and Implementation teams.
• Own the department's financial performance, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Transform data into actionable insights and executive-level storytelling.
• Travel to client locations and BIW offices as required.
