Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a transformative VP of Data & Analytics to define and own the enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategy across brands and regions. You will lead a federated team, set governance standards, and partner with senior leadership to embed data-driven decision-making into core processes.

You will champion responsible AI, scale DataOps, and deliver measurable ROI through data products, advanced analytics, and AI-powered platforms, while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology with 8+ years leading enterprise Data, Analytics, and AI functions.
• Proven track record delivering data & AI strategy with measurable outcomes.
• Deep expertise in data science, ML, experimentation, and decision intelligence.
• Experience industrializing generative and agentic AI including LLMs/LLMOps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise Data & Analytics strategy across data management, AI-powered data engineering, governance, platforms, analytics, and data science.
• Build and scale a global data science and AI practice delivering ROI across business units.
• Industrialize AI-driven insights via LLMs, agentic AI, and self-service analytics embedded in business processes.
• Lead adoption of data analytics across brands and functions with value-driven use cases.
