Qualifications

• At least five years of industry experience with a data, analytics, or product background.
• Experience in strategy and problem solving across management consulting, tech firms, banking divisions, or internal strategy teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems using quantitative, analytical, and conceptual approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliverables under pressure.
• Demonstrated interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI and data management, able to engage stakeholders on complex technical concepts and generate insights.

Responsibilities

• Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy with actionable business plans.
• Establish the scope and prioritization of data management initiatives.
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to top strategic priorities.
• Collect, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Perform competitor and industry research using public and internal sources.
• Monitor industry trends and share reports and analyses with senior stakeholders and the broader team.
• Coach and manage junior team members.
