Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of data/analytics/product experience.
• Experience in strategy and problem solving including consulting or tech/banking contexts.
• Ability to analyze problems using quantitative and conceptual approaches.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organization, managing multiple deliverables.
• Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with AI and data management; ability to engage stakeholders on technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Chief Data Office vision and target-state strategy with actionable business plans.
• Establish the scope and prioritization of data management initiatives.
• Apply structured problem-solving and design thinking to top strategic priorities.
• Collect, synthesize, analyze, and present project data and findings.
• Conduct analyses to identify issues and formulate recommendations.
• Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Perform competitor and industry research using public and internal sources.
• Monitor industry trends and share reports with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and manage junior team members.
