Langley Federal Credit Union seeks a VP of Data Solutions to lead enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics delivery. You will own the data warehouse architecture, drive AI readiness, and supervise a team spanning analytics, reporting, data engineering, and ETL.

You’ll partner with executives to embed data-driven decision-making across Langley. Responsibilities include ensuring data accessibility, establishing governance, and delivering scalable pipelines in cloud and on-prem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics, data engineering, and data warehousing in a complex corporate setting.
• 5+ years leading data/analytics teams; experience with delivery-model transformations.
• Experience presenting data strategy/results to executives and boards.

Responsabilités

• Owns Langley’s enterprise data strategy and accessibility.
• Leads data governance policies across the organization.
• Directs data warehouse/AI warehouse architecture, data models, and metadata layers.
• Manages data pipelines, ETL processes, and self-service analytics adoption.
• Establishes data function SLAs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
