Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with continuing professional development in data analytics and 6+ years in analytics or modeling OR 10+ years in analytics in financial/marketing environments.
• Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, statistical analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or data analysis of large data sets.
• Knowledge of data science and predictive modeling; ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data strategy including information assets and governance to inform decisions.
• Lead data analytics, trend analyses, and reporting for Tower leadership.
• Manage enterprise reporting and analytics, member insights, market research, and data literacy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team and partner with IT/Security to integrate data sources.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders with clear recommendations.
