Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data management, governance, analytics.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale data governance and data strategy programs.
• Experience in regulated financial services environment.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and governance committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank's enterprise data strategy and governance operating model.
• Lead enterprise data governance, policies, standards, and data quality programs.
• Oversee data architecture, data products, and AI data enablement initiatives.
