Job summary

Kemper is seeking a senior leader to drive data, analytics, AI, and intelligent automation initiatives across the enterprise. You will oversee data engineering, governance, analytics enablement, and AI capabilities to boost efficiency, decision-making, and growth.

The role is remote from a US-based home, with occasional travel. You will translate data and AI investments into scalable business solutions and partner with executives to align technology with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years’ experience in technology, data, analytics, or AI with executive leadership.
• Strong governance, security, and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Data & AI Strategy: Develop and execute data, analytics, AI, and automation solutions driving measurable outcomes.
• Data Engineering & Data Products: Lead cloud data platforms, architecture, and reusable data products.
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish enterprise data governance, standards, and accountability for data quality and privacy.
• Artificial Intelligence & Intelligent Automation: Partner on development and adoption of enterprise AI and automation, with governance.
• Analytics & Business Enablement: Promote self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
