Kemper is seeking an experienced executive to lead the enterprise data, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives. You will shape strategy, governance, and product development across modern cloud platforms while driving measurable business impact. The role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering scalable data solutions.

Remote work from the U.S. is allowed, with occasional travel. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technology and AI with executive leadership, and expertise

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years in technology, data, analytics, or AI with executive leadership experience.
• 8+ years leading and developing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise data engineering, cloud data platforms, data architecture, governance, and data product development.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI strategies including generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead enterprise data engineering, cloud platforms, data architecture, and reusable data products.
• Establish data governance frameworks, standards, and accountability for data quality, security, privacy, and metadata.
• Partner with application teams on development and adoption of AI, ML, and intelligent automation with governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to advance analytics, self-service reporting, and data-driven decisions.
