Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Vice President – AI, Data and Analytics to drive enterprise-wide AI, data and analytics initiatives from the United States. You will partner with the CIO and senior leaders to shape strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

You will lead data engineering, ML, analytics, BI, and governance capabilities, modernizing platforms while ensuring responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 15+ years in technology, data, analytics, or digital leadership.
• Master’s degree in CS/Data/Analytics/Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strategically lead enterprise AI, data, and analytics initiatives with measurable value.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional organizations and centers of excellence.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI, ML, data governance, BI, and cloud analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CIO to develop enterprise AI, data, analytics strategy and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise-wide AI/data delivery, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Drive privacy, security, compliance, risk management, and ethical AI practices.
• Foster adoption, governance, and measurement of business value across programs.
• Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships.
