Job summary

Kemper is seeking a senior leader to drive the enterprise strategy, development, and delivery of data, analytics, AI, and intelligent automation solutions. You will oversee data engineering, governance, analytics enablement, and AI capabilities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and growth.

The role requires extensive experience in technology leadership, data strategy, and regulatory compliance, with a remote-first setup and willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in technology, data, analytics, or AI with executive leadership.
• Experience leading data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, and data product development.
• Proven success implementing enterprise AI strategies including generative AI and intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of data security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and risk management in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise data, analytics, and AI strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead enterprise data engineering, cloud data platforms, data architecture, and data product development.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and accountability for data quality, security, privacy, metadata, and master data management.
• Partner with teams to develop, deploy, and govern AI and intelligent automation solutions with responsible governance.
• Drive analytics, self-service reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve business outcomes.
