Job summary

Compass is seeking a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to lead an ambitious transformation of our data assets into two durable product engines: internal enablement tools and external commercial data pipelines. You will own vision, strategy, and P&L, delivering value for agents and external customers while building scalable revenue streams.

• 10+ years in product management with leadership at VP level.
• Track record of converting data org and analytics into revenue.
• Data-driven mindset with value-based product thinking.

• Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Drive dual-Portfolio P&L and monetization across internal and external products.
• Instill a Data as a Product operating model across teams.
• Set high standards for data visualization and UX across surfaces.
• Maintain data ethics and agent trust as strategic moat.
• Partner with C-suite and cross-functional leaders to embed data products in decisions.
• Lead and develop a world-class product team.
