Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Data Owner Lead to join the Trust and Security team. You will shape data requirements, define data delivery specifications, and support reporting, analytics, and emerging AI/ML use cases.

Your work will reduce data risk and accelerate modernization efforts to protect customers. You will collaborate across product, technology, design, and analytics to deliver data-driven solutions that improve data quality and governance across large datasets and curated data

Qualifications

Formal training or certification on data engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
5+ years of experience in data management or data governance, including cloud platforms and big data tech.
Experience developing roadmaps and cloud-based data lake/warehouse solutions.

Responsibilities

Implement strategic plans to deliver data solutions and data products that support operations and objectives.
Use SQL and data tooling to perform data testing and validation across curated datasets and data products.
Document data sourcing requirements and integration of multiple upstream sources with transformation logic.
Collaborate to classify data with metadata including lineage, quality rules, and product documentation.
Provide subject matter expertise on data content and usage within business and product areas.
Develop relationships with data providers and consumers to improve usability of datasets.
