Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data management, data governance, risk management, analytics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing delivery timelines and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data lifecycle management, including data protection, data quality, and data classification.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with ability to translate complex data topics into clear business actions.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Experience building effective partnerships and influencing across teams to deliver large‑scale data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement data strategies and plans that support business operations and strategic objectives.
• Manage project execution, milestones, and delivery timelines while identifying and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business data meaning, purpose, and appropriate classification using clear metadata.
• Document requirements for data sourcing, content, and quality, coordinating with technology and business partners to deliver timely and accurate data.
• Develop and oversee processes to identify, monitor, and mitigate data risks across the data lifecycle, including protection, retention, storage, use, and quality.
• Support analytics and data products by identifying, approving, and governing data integrated into analytics platforms.
• Communicate, track, and resolve data issues in a timely and consistent manner to maintain data integrity and trust.
