Job summary

JLL is seeking a VP of Technical Services (Data Centers) to provide strategic leadership across a global portfolio. You will guide a team of Critical Facilities Managers, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence in MEP and building maintenance across all offices.

Lead client relationships, manage budgets and timelines, and oversee construction projects from scoping to delivery while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in design, installation, and commissioning of critical electrical and mechanical systems for data centers.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems for data centers.
• Hands-on project management with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of critical facilities services across the portfolio per policies, procedures and contract scope.
• Act as primary client contact, cultivating relationships with landlords, property managers, and third-party providers.
• Oversee operational MEP facilities management and vendor relationships; manage office renovations globally.
• Lead management-level staff to ensure performance, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate MEP project management for office renovations and expansions with architects, space planners, and contractors.
• Oversee monthly billing and cost-control across services; ensure KPI targets are met.
